Our Process

Complete Registration Form

Once you’ve completed our registration form. We will then contact you to confirm the details of your event, get the head count and confirm payment.

Sitters Setup at Event

One hour prior to your event start time, our sitters will arrive to setup the room or area where the kiddos will be cared for with toys, crafts, games and more.

Enjoy your Event

You and your guests can enjoy your event knowing the kiddos are having a fun “party” of their own!

We pride ourselves on referring only the very best caregivers in our area. We carefully interview our sitters and screen their references to be sure that each sitter comes to you with the experience needed to handle any situation your little ones can throw at them.

Agency Fees:

Reservation Fee: $200 – This fee is due with your contract to reserve your date and sitters.

Our fees include:

* Qualified & Engaged Sitters

* Set-up and Break-down of the Childcare Area

* Toys

* Games

* Crafts

* Music

* Rest Area with books

* TV with Wii console and more!

Any fees for extra entertainment such as bounce houses, balloon twisting, or face painting artists will be agreed upon once such service is scheduled.

Sitter Soiree works with a wide network of entertainment vendors. Please mark any extra activity you would like to book. Sitter Soiree makes no warranty for any company booked to additional entertainment and does not control the cost of these services. We will facilitate the vendors on your behalf.
