Hire a Nanny

6Retainer Fee: $400

This fee is Non-Refundable in whole or in part.  Payment of this fee to Sitter Soiree allows us to commence the search for your perfect Nanny. This amount is in addition to your final placement fee should you find and hire a nanny through Sitter Soiree. Placement Fees are listed below. Nanny searches can take several weeks. It’s best to start your search as early as possible. 

Full – Time Nanny Placement fee: $1600

This Fee is Non-Refundable – See Replacement Guarantee

Payment of the Placement fee is due upon Acceptance of a Job offer by hired Nanny. This fee must be paid prior to the Nanny’s first day with hiring family. This Placement fee is Non-Refundable in whole or in part. This fee includes a 90 day guarantee. See guarantee information below. All families hiring a Full-Time Nanny will receive a 1 year Membership to our Babysitting Service for Backup Care. 

Part-Time Nanny Placement Fee: $1300. 

This Fee is Non-Refundable – See Replacement Guarantee

Payment of the Placement Fee is Due upon Acceptance of a Job Offer by hired Nanny:  $1000. This fee must be paid prior to the Hired Nannies first day with hiring family. This fee includes a 60 day guarantee. See guarantee below. 

Please be aware that finding a Part-time Nanny is more difficult than finding a Full-Time Nanny. Searches for a PT Nanny may take longer. Any position with 34  or fewer hours is considered a Part-Time Placement. 

Temp Nanny Placement Non-Refundable Retainer Fee: $200

Placement Fee = $300 Placement Up to 90 days, No Guarantee included. 

Shared Care Fee: Families who Share a Caregiver will each pay 50% of the above mentioned Permanent Placement Agency Fee.

Guarantee: Full-Time Placements shall have a 90 day guarantee. Part-Time placements shall have a 60 day guarantee. Should the hired nanny not work out inside of our guarantee period, we will commence a new search to replace the original nanny. This guarantee is good for one additional hire so long as the details and duties of the original job have not changed. This request must be sent to our office in writing within 2 weeks of dismissing the original hired nanny from his/her duties.

Sitter Soiree only works with Professional Nannies with 2+ years of paid childcare experience.  We perform an extensive background screening including Criminal History search, Driving History, Sex Offender Registry Search, Social Security Verification and more. We personally speak with childcare related references, and  interview our candidates via Zoom and in person. 

**Our Nannies negotiate their hourly rates directly with the hiring family.  Most professional nannies in the Tampa Bay area, including Manatee and Sarasota Counties, are earing $23+ per hour.  Career nannies with many years experience can earn much more.
