Sitter Soiree was founded by Casey Smith and Katie Evans to assist area families and event venues with much needed, affordable childcare!
Casey, a mother of 3, owned Our Loving Arms, LLC, a Nanny Placement Agency and Babysitting Service, for over 20 years. She closed that agency in 2019 to persue another avenue but has since found that she greatly misses working with families and caregivers and is excited to be working with her good friend Katie to bring Sitter Soiree to local families!
Casey and Katie met through Our Loving Arms, LLC when Katie began working as a nanny and sitter with OLA. She cared for many children and families for well over 10 years. Katie is a mom of 5 and loves helping make family life easier for everyone!
We pride ourselves on referring only the very best caregivers in our area. We carefully interview our sitters and screen their references to be sure that each sitter comes to you with the experience needed to handle any situation your little ones can throw at them.
It’s our Mission to be an advocate to busy parents who struggle to juggle it all by providing exceptional, trustworthy childcare solutions so their families can thrive.
Our Sitter Requirements
- Must LOVE working with children
- Must be energetic, reliable & trustworthy
- Must be CPR & First Aid Certified
- Must be at least 18
- Must have at least 2 years of paid childcare experience
- Must be smoke and drug free
- Must have a clean criminal background
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be legal to work in the US
