We will send you profiles of nannies who match your needs.. You will then interview those candidates and choose the nanny you wish to hire.

We pride ourselves on referring only the very best caregivers in our area. Once we have received your application submission, we will contact you to go over the details of your position, hours needed and any benefits you may wish to offer. Then we send to you the profiles of the Nannies that match your needs. We’re very excited to work with you soon!

Nanny Placement Fees

Deposit: $350 

This fee allows us to start the search for your perfect caregiver. This amount will go towards your final placement fee should you find and hire a nanny through our agency.

 

Nanny Placement fee: $1550

This fee includes a 60 day guarantee. If for any reason the hired nanny does not work out within the first 60 days, we will restart your search to replace the first nanny. This guarantee is only good for one additional hire so long as the details of the original job have not changed. 

Please be aware that finding a Part-time Nanny is much more difficult than finding a Full-Time Nanny. Searches for a PT Nanny may take longer. Anything under 30 hours per week is considered Part-time. 

 

 

Temp Nanny Placement Fee: $495 = Placement Up to 90 days, No Guarantee included. 

 

Shared Care Fee: Families who Share a Caregiver will each pay 50% of the above mentioned Permanent Placement Agency Fee.

 

Our Nannies negotiate their hourly rates directly with the hiring family.  Most nannies in the Tampa Bay area are earing $23+ per hour.  Career nannies with many years experience can earn much more. 5
